Gearbox V2-ATRQ900 for roller skis of XLK900, XLA900, XLQ900 and XLA800 series

The V2-ATRQ900 gearbox is designed for installation on ski scooters of the XLK900, XLA900, XLQ900 and XLA800.

All gearboxes are installed symmetrically on the two front wheels. All gearboxes are sold in pairs. 

The gearbox is used for planned deceleration of the speed of movement on dangerous and high-speed sections of the track and ensures safe riding on any terrain.Stepwise slow down the rolling speed of roller skis, which is important when going downhill, dangerous areas, and also serves to increase the load of the skier when training on the plain.

The gearbox can be used directly while driving at a safe speed. In order to safely pass the descent, you need to press the gearbox bearing to the front wheel to the same degree on both roller skis in advance before the speed increases, that is, on a flat area, with the gear handles to the front wheel. After passing the descent, release the gearboxes to the free position.

The ATRQ900 is designed for use on the XLK900, XLA900, XLQ900 and XLA800 series roller skis. Thestainless steel roller arms and machined aluminum lever make it light and strong and the nylon bushings reduce noise. Dual bearings ensure solid contact with the wheels and it works well in both wet and dry conditions. 

The lever actuated system has one neutral and four resistance positions that is easy to engage whether for increased training resistance or for slowing the skis when approaching moderately steep hills.
