The Polar OH1 tracks your heart rate using a high-quality Polar sensor with six LEDs for optical heart rate tracking.

The Polar OH1 is equipped with a built-in memory in which up to 200 hours of training data can be stored. You can easily sync your data with the Polar Beat app for analysis.

The comfortable Polar OH1 wrist strap fits snugly and is practically not felt on the hand. The bracelet is made of soft textile material and is suitable for machine washing.

Water resistance Polar OH1 — up to 30 m.

With Polar OH1 you will get up to 12 hours of training on a single charge. The battery is easily charged using a USB adapter (included) for Polar OH1.
