The Ercolina simulator is designed for special, strength and general physical training of athletes in winter (cross-country skiing, biathlon, biathlon, ski orienteering) and water (swimming, rowing) sports.

The Ercolina simulator for skiers and swimmers allows you to supplement the training process with highly effective work of the muscles of the upper shoulder girdle. The design of the simulator for skiers provides an imitation of the athlete's movements (magnitude and direction of effort, amplitude of movements, body position) close to real conditions.

The load on the Ercolina simulator is created by the induction resistance of the magnets that occurs during the operation of the simulator. According to the characteristics, the load is approaching isokinetic - the resistance of the simulator increases with the increase in the effort applied to the simulator. Thus, there is an imitation of effort in real sports conditions: an increase in the speed of movement requires an increase in the applied effort - pushing with a ski stick, rowing with a hand or paddle. Unlike traditional simulators based on rubber or spring shock absorbers, the maximum load on the arm is created in the phase of the maximum thrust velocity, and not at the point of maximum removal.

The load is easily and quickly adjusted over a wide range by changing the settings of the induction magnets.
